The blast took place at the third floor of the building where the FM office was stationed, leaving the office completely damaged. However, no human casualty was reported. UCPN-M cadres reside in the other two floor of the building. No one has claimed responsibility for the explosion. A detonator wire and bullets have been recovered from the incident site.
